Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I competed in golf at a high level and was first introduced to CrossFit-style training around 2012 while playing college golf. Although I was intrigued, I didn’t fully dive in at the time. Later, while pursuing professional golf, I was hesitant to try CrossFit due to the common misconceptions about injury risk.

During COVID, I found myself watching old CrossFit Games and became fascinated by the incredible athletes, especially the women who demonstrated such strength, skill, and determination. When I moved back to Florida to coach at IMG Academy and stepped away from competitive golf, I finally decided to give CrossFit a try.

CrossFit Havoc was my first CrossFit gym, and from day one I was hooked. I quickly fell in love with the challenge, the constant opportunity for growth, and the supportive community. What started as a workout became so much more—it became a place where I built friendships, gained confidence, and pushed myself beyond what I thought was possible.

When Jim and Tasha approached me about coaching, I jumped at the opportunity. I already had a background in coaching, but this gave me the chance to combine my passion for helping others with something I truly love. Whether it’s helping someone lose weight, move pain-free, gain confidence, or achieve a personal record, nothing is more rewarding than seeing people succeed.

My goal as a coach is to create a welcoming environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, and capable of more than they realize. CrossFit has had a tremendous impact on my life, and I’m excited to help others experience the same.
