Thank you Natasha. Will you be posting any of the workouts and standards for the finals? Also what time does the competition start?
Thanks, Aaron
Hey Aaron.
The goal is to find the Fittest Master from each gym. You can do one workout RX and another one scaled. And yes an RX Master will place higher on the leaderboard.
Hope this answers your question.
Thanks

Hello,
I am signed up for the online qualifier as a male master’s athlete (47 years old). I am confused since there is not a standard weight assigned to the Master’s division. I am assuming I must choose one level (RX, immediate, or scaled) to do all the workouts. Is this correct? If I choose to do all the workouts at the RX weight does that put at a disadvantage against a master’s athlete that chooses immediate or scaled?
