How To:

3. Add your Max Lifts Under the word “Max”
4. Your numbers will calculate for you in the spreadsheet

Warm up: 1 Minute on Bike / 10 Back Extensions / 10 Sit ups / 10 Glute Ham Raise / 10 Empty Bar Squats

1 . Back Squat:

1 Set of 1 Rep @ 85% of your max

1 Set of 3 Reps @ 77.5% of your max

2 . Deadlift:

1 Set of 6 Reps @ 85% of your max

3 Sets of 10 Reps @ 72.5% of your max

3 . For Time:

50 Calorie Bike

Warm up: 20 Jumping Jacks/ 10 Inch Worms / 10 Sit ups / 10 Bench Push ups

1 . Bench Press:

3 Sets of 4 Reps @ 85% of your max

1 Set of 8 Reps @ 72.5% of your max

2 . Every Minute on the Minute for 16 Minutes:

1st Minute: Right # of Pull ups

2nd Minute: Right # of Reverse Burpees

3rd Minute: Right # of Push ups

4th Minute: Right # of Kneeling Squat Jumps

Awesome gym! This is one of the bigger CrossFit gyms I have been in, it is a huge open space, plenty of room for class and open gym. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. There are competitive athletes in the gym which is cool to watch, but it is welcoming to all types of athletes, including a special class for people with special needs.
