So we had our girls Pulling some huge numbers yesterday. Every female who trains here can deadlift over 125 pounds! Jodi and Brenda Pulled 125 for triples, Erica Pulled 155 for a triple, Maressa pulled 205 for a triple and Amanda Pulled 225 for a triple! Dedication and hard work will make you strong, and our ladies continue to prove that.



Thanks for motivating me all the way over here in Norway!!! I want to be just like Maressa! 🙂
And having a great trainer to motivate us is a HUGE plus!
