Warm up # 3 

For time:

Run 800 meters

      Bench press 75% of body weight x 10

      Sandbag load x 10

      x  4 rounds

Run 800 meters

Amanda squating 95 lbs x 100 reps!!! This was pure determination and I am glad I was there to see it.
