95 Overhead squat x 5

  1. We did a different workout here in the great state of tennessee:
    find 3 RM for back squat, then

    4 rounds :
    10 pullups
    20 pushups
    30 situps
    40 airsquats

    Erika back squated 125 for 3. I was impressed.
