Hardcore pulls vid was interesting but I would have been more impressed if he had gotten his chin over the bar for both the over and and under hand hold…as well as throwing in some nice kipping pull ups. Other than that…ballsy!

We miss you! Crossfit just isn’t the same without you. We are getting used to our new gym slowly, but surely. Last week was Week 1 and we are “broke down” after returning. Saturdays workout was a beast that I thought you might like to try. Here it is:
FOR TIME:
Run 800 m
50 wallballs
40 pullups
30 kettlebells
20 burpees (“BUCK FURPEES!!”)
500 m overhead lunges (45lbs/25lbs)

my slow, old, “took a month off” ass finished in 36:04.
