WOD Monday April 26th

We will be having a barbeque at the gym on Saturday May 15th starting at 3pm. Bring some grub.

Warm up:

Jump rope x 1 min

Windmill x 10 each side

x 2

1. Front Squat 5,5,3,3,1,1

2. For time:

   115lb front squat x 20

   run 200 m

  115lb Push press x 15

  run 400 m

  115lb Thruster x 10

  Run 800 m

  115lb Burpee cluster x 5

  1. start with hands on the bar in position to clean it, next jump your legs back and bring your chest to the bar, now pushup jump the legs back into clean position, next do a squat clean straight into a thruster.
