It would be really helpful if you had and explanation of the exercises. I have no idea what a swimming frog is, as well as being unsure about wheel roll outs. I’m assuming the well roll outs are the ab wheel? My search for the swimming frog doesn’t come up with anything. Your daily workouts are great, but sometimes I don’t have time to research what a move is and a quick reference or explanation in the WOD would be extremely helpful. Thank You! Havoc Rocks!
