  1. Yeah I am sure it takes a toll on the joints, but the goal of parkour/freerunning is to land with minimal impact which is where all the rolling comes into play. I wish I could do some of that though.

  2. He’s going to regret all of that jumping around when he’s 40. Looks fun as hell though!!!
