2. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 1 pood single arm thrusters ( yes it is 5 per arm)
15 toes to bar
20 mountain climbers


wow that was way worse than i thought… toes to bar were horrible… almost got to 10 on the first, jand just needed the mountain climbers to make 6 on the second… thatll fit nicly with our night workout!
OMG Jim! Lee Loo is SOOOOOOO freakin’ cute! She has grown so much. Rockin’ out the rower already. I’m impressed. What did she do? 500m? Miss you guys!
