1. Overhead Squat: 5,5,3,3,10

2. For time:

1 Sumo deadlift Highpull 95 lbs

10  Overhead squats 95lbs

2 Sumo deadlift Highpulls 95 lbs

9  Overhead squats 95lbs

3 Sumo deadlift Highpulls 95 lbs

8  Overhead squats 95lbs

Continue this pattern until 10 and 1 are inversed
