Warm up # 9

1. Seven rounds for time of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Pull-ups

2. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

Run 100 meters

 1 burpee pullup

Run 100 meters

2 burpee pullups

Run 100 meters

3 burpee pullups

Keep adding 1 burpee pullup for each additional round
