For time:
1 Double under
1 Thruster @ 65lbs/45lbs
2 Double unders
2 Thrusters @ 65lbs/45lbs
Continue adding 1 double under and 1 thruster every round until you reach 20 of each movement.
At the end of round 5 do 5 burpees.
At the end of round 10 do 10 burpees.
At the end of round 15 do 15 burpees.
At the end of round 20 do 20 burpees.

Jimbro, Thanks for what you do brother, means a lot to everyone here that you do these HERO WODs. I completed it as RX’d in a horrible time of 41:01 (told you i was out of shape), and Justin’s PSG completed it as RX’d in 1:01.
