  1. Hey, didn’t get to get up there today, and didn’t have a jump rope. So, I did:
    50 situps and pushups run 400 meters, 40, 30, etc. Always had a 400 run at end of situps and pushups.
    Time: 18:22 took longer than I had anticipated. See you all Thursday!
