Warm up # 11

1. For time: 50 handstand pushups- for every time you come off the wall you must row 200 meters

2. For time: 2 minutes of L sit- for every time you drop you must do 5 burpees

  1. HSPU/row: 5:43? Something close to that: 25,11,9,5 hspu
    L-sit/burpees: 6:15 w/ 30 burpees

    Lsits got real ugly real fast. Good workout, just took my time and went at my own pace.
