    Knees still fuction as designed, first deep back squats since blowing out knee in October.

  2. Jim, I was going to come over there tonight to max out on back squats before my knee surgery on WED but I wont make it over there and have enough time in the gym. Had to put the kids to bed. Hopefully I will be doing some squats with you next WED (at least that is my goal!)
