1. 5 minute kettlebell clean and jerk test @2 pood
2. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
300 meter run
3 turkish get ups @ 65 lbs ( barbell prefered)
30 air squats

1. 60 reps
2. 4 rounds + 95 meters
