Find your 1 rep max for the snatch and clean and jerk

If youve got any gusto left afterwards you can do this:

For time:

Double unders x 150 for every miss do 1 burpee for each additional miss add a burpee

  1. 1. Sucked it up today… Snatch up to 95 kg missed 100 x 4 times Clean and jerk up to 120 kg missed 127.
    2. rx’d 3:46 – 79 doubles in a row (pr)

  2. Yes… one burpee for the first miss, two for the second, three for the third and so on.

  3. So – those of us who have not mastered “double unders”, does that mean we do 450 singles? Then a burpee each time we stop?
