75 lb Sumo deadlift high pull

75 lb Overhead squats

 

400 meter run

 

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of:

Knees to elbows

75 lb Strict press

 

200 meter run

  1. I really don’t want to say how long this took me…but I finished it all as rx’d…and then rung the sweat out of my shirt after my heart quit trying to jump out of my chest!

  3. need to know is it the run after each set (1,2,3,4 and so on?) or is it 10-1 of Sumo Deadlifts and OH Squats then once done with 10-1 you do the run?
