The Strongman Challenge is this Saturday!!! If you want to compete /volunteer on the day of the event let me know asap.

Warm up # 1

1. Deadlift: 5,5,5,5,5

2. For time:

205 lb front squat x 20

200 meter run

205 lb front squat x 15

200 meter run

205 lb front squat x 10

200 meter run

205 lb front squat x 5

200 meter run

  2. So the day I leave is the day you put up a sealfit type workout! I really want to do that workout with you guys, good luck with it. Have fun with the strongman competition this weekend, I think it’s going to be awesome. We really wanted to be there for it. Thanks for running such a good “box” and keep “forging elite fitness”. Haha, I thought you’d like that typical CF stuff. Catch ya on the flip side.
