Thanks to everyone who came out to The CrossFit Havoc Summer Strongman Challenge this past Saturday. The competitors showed alot of heart and motivation, it was inspirational to watch. We had a great time with lots of intense competition and an erergetic croud. Special Thanks to Rob, Dave, Tim, Henry, Jason and Jordan for all of your help running the event. We could not have done it without you guys. We will have pics of the event up soon.
