WOD Monday July 11th

Warm up # 1

1. Back squat: 5,5,5,5,5

2. 5 rounds each for time of:

3 muscle ups

6 kettlebell snatches @ 2 pood per hand

9 Ring pullups

12 Swings @ 2 pood

Rest 2 minutes between each round.

  2. Big Jim! I was on the phone with JVL tonight (he’s out the door to afghan) and we were talking about how much we miss training with you at Havoc! I did DT for the first time since last summer and it just isn’t the same without you yelling in my ear. Hope all is well, and send my greetings to everyone, especially Natasha and the kids.
