1. Weighted Pushup: 5,5,5,5,5

2. 3 rounds for time of:

 Burpees x 5

3/4 bodyweight deadlift x 4

3/4 bodyweight power clean x 3

3/4 bodyweight squat clean x 2

 3/4 bodyweight squat clean and jerk x 1
