As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

135 lb power clean x 5

135 lb Back squat x 10

Lateral barbell jumps x 15

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Ring dips

10 Burpees

150 meter run

There is no rest between each 10 minute portion.
