we use a loading pin, it is basically a metal tube with a plate welded on the bottom. we stack the plates on there. If you have a partner you can have them pile the plates on and use anything that will fit in the 2″ hole to keep the plates from sliding around.
What do y’all use for weighted pushups? I’ve always just put a 45lb plate on my back. What could I use to get more weight on there?
