Warm up # 9

1. Back squat: 5,5,5,5,5

2. For time: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of:

45 lb weighted pushup (chest to the ground, full extension at the top)

115 lb sumo deadlift high pull

  3. Duhhhhhh … Full, powerful, explosive extension, elbows high and outside, if there was a bar it would be nice and close. Just don’t look down!
