Warm up # 7
1. Deadlift x max weight x 30 reps x 1 set. All reps must be touch and go, no resting on the floor.
2. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
100 meter run
1 Burpee pullup
100 meter run
2 Burpee pullups
100 meter run
3 Burpee pullups
Continue adding 1 burpee pullup to each round for the entire 10 minutes.
Don’t do any of these things. Ever.

2. 9 rounds even
