1. Double kettlebell strict press: max reps in 5 minutes with 1 pood in each hand

2. 5 rounds for time of:

15 toes to bar

10 Burpees

    2 miles on the bike machine

    3 rounds:
    maxed out lat pulldown 15 reps
    maxed out leg push bullshit machine 15 reps

    makes me appreciate bumper plates and timers.
