Starting this Wednesday, February 8th, we will be offering classes at 5 pm and 6 pm daily. During class time there will be NO open gym access. If you plan on attending either session make sure you are stretched out prior to the start of class. Arriving late to the 5 pm class will push you into the 6 pm class, arriving late to the 6 pm class will push you into the open gym hour at 7 pm. Open gym is now from 10-1, 3-5 and from 7-8 pm only. Open gym hours are recomended for those who do not need or desire instruction from a trainer. If you would like instruction on the WOD please come at class time. Thank you.
