1. Weighted Pullup: 10,10,10

2. For time:

30 Kettlebell swings @ 1.5 pood

25 Kettlebell swings @ 2 pood

20 Dumbell snatches (each hand) @ 45 lbs

15 Dumbell snatches (each hand) @ 60 lbs

10 Thrusters 115 lbs

5 thrusters @ 135 lbs
