2. Add the total of these 4 movements for your score:
Max tire flips in 3 minutes (choose your own weight )
Max reps shoulder to overhead with heaviest dumbell possible in 3 minutes
Max reps 25 lb weighed situps in 3 minutes
Max reps 1.5 pood swings in 3 minutes
Rest 2 minutes between movements
