Warm up # 13
1. One arm barbell snatch : find 1 rep max
2. Complete 5 rounds of:
Dumbell farmers walk x 50 meters
Dumbell hang clean x 5 reps
Shoulder to overhead x 5 reps
Try and increase the weight on each set. Each set is done straight through without putting down the dumbells. Putting the dumbells down at any point during the set terminates the effort. There is no time component to this workout.
Do not drop our dumbells! They are not made of rubber!


1. Snatch: up to 100 kg almost hit a triple.
2. 60,70,75lb dumbells : only did three sets way hard
