Warm up # 22

1. Power snatch: Work up to a max double

2. For time:

50 Wallballs

50 Hand planted lateral Bench jumps (Place both hands at the head of a bench and jump from one side to the other while keeping your hands in place. Both feet must jump at the same time. This is a double count movement)

50 Bench elevated sit ups (In this movement you lay on a bench with both feet flat on the ground and do sit ups with unanchored feet)

  1. We did push press max today instead of power snatch 105 lb max

    2. 5:32 20 lb med ball, 25 pounds for the sit ups

    Good fun I liked this work out!
