2. 3 rounds for time of:
800 meter run
10 Ring handstand pushups
10 35 lb weighted pullups


1. Back squat x 2 reps @ 80% every minute on the minute for 10 minutes – 375 lbs
2. Jerk: 225, 255, 275, 295 (press out), 295
