1. Front squat x 50 This is one set as heavy as possible. Good luck.

2. 2 rounds for time of:

 20 Clapping pushups

20 Hand relaese pushups

20 Hand release clapping pushups

20 Air squats

20 Tuck jumps

20 Air squat to tuck jumps
