Warm up # 12
1. Power clean: 1 rep every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Clean: 1 rep every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Try and add weight for the Cleans.
2. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

8 Kettlebell figure 8’s @ 1.5 pood/ 1 pood
