Warm up of your choice

1. For time:

100 Kb snatches (50 each side) @ 1.5 pood

Everytime you set the kettbell on the ground perform 20 airsquats.

2. Amrap in 8 minutes of

10 Box jumps @ 30″

10 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 95 lbs

10 Toes to bar
