Warm up # 17
1. Back squat: 5,5,5,5,5
2. 5 rounds each for time of:
10 Dumbell snatches (5 each side) @ 50 % of bodyweight
15 pullups
Rest 1 minute between efforts


1. Back squat: 405 5 x 5 (pr)
2. 11:36 @ 100 lb db. Includes the 4 minutes of rest time.
