Warm up # 1
1. Front Squat: 5,5,5,5,5
2. Within 15 minutes Complete 3 rounds of:
1.5 pood Turkish get up x 1.5 (right side)
1.5 pood Snatch x 10 (right side)
1.5 pood Turkish get up x .5 (right side)
1.5 pood Turkish get up x 1.5 (left side)
1.5 pood Snatch x 10 (left side)
1.5 pood Turkish get up x .5 (left side)
Once you have completed 3 rounds, use the remainder of the 15 minutes to perform as many 1.5 pood snatches as possible.


This one sounded easier than it was, as I have never attempted a Turkish Get Up, nor have I attempted a snatch with a kettlebell. Upon completion, I realized my ignorance, haha.
1. Snatch 100kg every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. 114kg x 0, 114kg x 0
