1. Weighted pushup: 5,5,5,5,5
2. 5 rounds for time of:
2 pood swings (Russian) x 15
Barbell rollouts x 10
Strict pullups x 5


EMOTM for 10 min: 80 kg power clean x 1 strict press x 2 40 inch box jump x 3

I used 45’s on the barbell. I’m not sure if that is what you’re supposed to do. My buddy’s used 25’s. They went 7:45. I will say, I thought this WOD was going to be easier.
