Warm up: 2 rounds of : hand hops x 15 / sit ups x 15

1. Weighted pushup: 5,5,5,5,5

2. 5 rounds for time of:

2 pood swings (Russian) x 15

Barbell rollouts x 10

Strict pullups x 5

Ready to climb some ropes!

    I used 45’s on the barbell. I’m not sure if that is what you’re supposed to do. My buddy’s used 25’s. They went 7:45. I will say, I thought this WOD was going to be easier.
