WOD Thursday June 14th

Due to unforseen circumstances we will not be having the Strongman Challenge on June 23rd.

Instead we will be having a Pot Luck/Barbeque at the gym on the 23rd at 1pm. Come eat and hang out. See sign up sheet at the gym.

Warm up : 2 min of handstand hold

1. Strict Press: 3,3,3,3,3

2. Run 400 meters

Run 300 meters

Run 200 meters

115lb Snatch x 10

Run 100 meters

115 Snatch x 10

  1. I like that WOD!!! I got so tired at the end, that I had no choice but to have good form. I’ve been really working on my snatches; they are coming along.
