Warm up: Kettelbell Sotts Press x 20, Jumping Jacks x 40

1. Overhead Squat x 1 rep every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

2. 5 Rounds for time:

Overhead Squat x 15 @ 75lbs/53lbs

Sumo Deadlift Highpull x 15 @ 75lbs/53lbs
