Warm up # 2

1. Back squat: 2 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

2. For time:

5 Rope climbs

3 rounds of:

5 Wall climbs

5 Handstand pushups

5 Thrusters @ 135lbs

end the workout with 5 more rope climbs.
