1. For 10 minutes: do as many strict pullups in 30 seconds as possible and rest for 30 seconds. Goal is max strict pullups at the end of 10 minutes.
2. 4 rounds for time of:
30 kettlebell figure 8’s @ 1 pood (single count)
1 minute of plank hold with both hands on handle of single kettlebell (accumulate 1 minute of plank per round)

1. 20 minutes:
140 kg deadlift with 115 lb band tension at top x 2 reps
on minutes 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19
120 kg jerk from blocks x 2 on minutes 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20
2. Pullups: 6,6,6,6,8,8,8,8,9,8- 73 total
