WOD Tuesday August 20th

Don’t forget the Girl-On-Girl WOD this Thursday at CrossFit Complete. We will leave from the gym at 4:45pm and girls bring your CRAZY socks!

Warm up # 15

1. Strict press: 5,5,5,5,5

2. For time:

60 Kettlebell snatches @ 1.5 / 1 pood (30 each arm)

50 Deadlifts @ 135 / 95 lbs

40 Box jumps @ 20″

30 Pullups

20 Lateral bar jumps (double count)

  1. This was a great WOD. Did it out in 29 palms today at Crossfit Ripper: not such a great idea at 2 in the afternoon in the desert heat. 95, 115, 125, 130, 135 (3 reps). Wod: 12:22.
