Run 400 meters
Dumbell snatch x 6 each arm
Shoulder to overhead x 4 each arm
Run 300 meters
Dumbell snatch x 6 each arm
Shoulder to overhead x 4 each arm
Run 200 meters
Dumbell snatch x 6 each arm
Shoulder to overhead x 4 each arm
Run 100 meters
