1. Overhead squat: Find 1 rep max

2. 4 rounds for time of:

300 Meter run

20 Overhead squats @ 65/45 lbs

10 Handstand pushups

    3. amrap in 8 min: 2 c&j @ 105 kg / 4 box jumps @ 40″- 7 rounds + 2 box jumps
