Warm up : 15,10,5 reps of back extensions /sit ups / air squats

1. Deadlift: Find 1 rep max

2. For time:

50 toes to bar : every time you come off the bar you must do 10 lateral barbell jumps

100 push presses @ 65 lbs : every time you put the bar down you must do 5 bar facing burpees (no resting with bar on your back)
