1.  As heavy as possible of Russian kettlebell swings 4 x 20 treat this like a strength 1 minute rest between sets

2.  3 minutes of max reps of snatch ( any version is acceptable)  @ 115

rest one minute

2 minutes of max reps of snatch @ 135

rest one minute

1 minute of max reps @ 155

counts total reps of all three trials
